CERINȚE:
  • Must excels in leadership, guest service, and operations, possessing strong communication, problem-solving, PMS/tech skills, and team motivation abilities, with proven experience in boosting guest satisfaction and managing high-pressure situations calmly, showing potential to step into the manager's shoes, If you have previously worked in customer facing roles that’s great! but don’t worry if you haven’t
  • Qualifications aren’t important but we are looking for someone who has a positive can-do attitude and can communicate in English.
RESPONSABILITĂȚI:
  • Administrative support Provide administrative support to the front office manager, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records and files
  • Front desk operations Assist in managing front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest registration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies and procedures
  • Reservation management
  • Assist in managing reservation procedures, including room allocations, rate management, and inventory control, to optimize occupancy and revenue and ensure accurate guest bookings
  • Guest services Coordinate guest services, such as luggage assistance, transportation arrangements, and concierge services, to enhance the guest experience and exceed their expectations
  • Staff training and development Assist in training and supervising front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to hotel standards
  • Guest relations Cultivate positive relationships with guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their stay and satisfaction. Security and safety Support compliance with hotel security and safety procedures, including guest identification, key control, and emergency response protocols, to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
